Maximize Sales Your First Year in Real Estate

For most agents, the first year in real estate is the hardest. In fact, it’s not uncommon for agents to call it quits after their first year due to poor sales. However, there are also new agents who manage to maximize sales despite their relative lack of experience.

Brandon Mulrenin sold 116 homes as a new agent and is an excellent example of what’s possible for first-year agents who work hard and, more importantly, work smart. During his recent Real Estate Rockstars appearance, Brandon discussed what he did to sell so many homes his first year.
